Prevent the development of injuries or chronic issues.
Maintain physical and emotional health.
Accepted Frequency: Monthly sessions.
Your Treatment Plan:
Deep Tissue Massage: To address deeper muscle layers and prevent tension.
Myofascial Release: To maintain flexibility and prevent injuries.
3. Corrective Care
Feeling: Experiencing minor discomfort or tension.
Goal of Treatment:
Correct imbalances and relieve minor pain.
Address specific muscle groups or postural issues.
Accepted Frequency: Weekly to bi-weekly sessions or as needed.

Trigger Point Therapy: To release tight muscle knots and relieve pain.
Medical & Sports Massage: To address and correct muscle imbalances and enhance performance.
4. Suffering (Injuries)
Feeling: Experiencing significant pain or recovering from injuries.
Goal of Treatment:

Accepted Frequency: Weekly sessions for the first 4-6 weeks, then taper to less frequent sessions according to the 4 phases of care.

2 x 60-Minute or 2 x 90-min Treatments: Regardless of modalities and techniques.
Tailored Recovery Program: Personalized self-care techniques, stretches, and additional resources.
2 x 30-Minute Monthly Check-In Calls: Virtual consultations or check-ins.
